county of Nevada do ordain as follows:

Sectioni, Aroad poll tax ofthree dollars
is hereby levied on each male person over
the age oftwenty’one years and under the
age of fifty-five years found in each or any
road district in the county of Nevada during
the year 1887.
Section2. Itshall be the duty of the Road
Overseer or Road Commissioner of each .
road district in the county of Nevada to collect the road poll tax of his district between
the first day of February, 1887, and the first
day of January, 1888.
This ordinance shall be in effecton and after fifteen days from the date of its p pars.

held on the 3d day of Jannry 1887, an assessment (No. 10) of One Dollar and Fifty
Cents per share was levied upon the capital
stock of this corporation, payable immediately in United States gold coin, to the Secretary, W. J. Stewart, at the office of the
