to the Secretary of the Board of
Directors and of the Time and
Place said Board shall meet asa
Board of Equalization with Respect Thereto.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN,
that the Assessor of Nevada Irrigation District has heretofore. completed his assessment book and so
completed did, on the 5th day of
August, 1963, deliver the same
unto the Secretary of the Board of
Directors of said District.
NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER
GIVEN, that the Board of Directors of Nevada Irrigation District,
acting as a Board of Equalization
will meetto equalize assessments
of said District on FRIDAY, the
13th DAY of SEPTEMBER, 1963,
beginning at the hour of 2:00
o'clock P.M. of said date in the
office of the District in Grass
Valley, California, and that said
Board will thereafter continue in
session from time totime, so
long as may be necessary, not to
exceed ten days, exclusive of
Sundays, to hear and determine
such objections to the valuation
and assessments as may be just.
Said Assessment Book will remain
in the office of said District for
the inspection of all persons interested until the conclusion of
the session of said Board meeting
as a Board of Equalization.
