Maybe AMZOEKGMTIVI is an extreme example, but often what you have to say to the public is just as garbled. Your advertisement is nothing more than a public notice. It should completely and accurately represent the merchandise that you have to offer. The choice of the proper words and phrases can have the added value of presenting the policy and personality of your store. Over the years the public has learned to accept certain phrases as keys to merchandising policies, Are you sure that the wording of your advertisements say what you mean? Have you created an image of a hard sell store when in reality you believe in the soft sell? No advertisement can sell the actual item. However, if used properly, it can create a favorable buying mood, If the copy is written correctly and the layout fits the copy, your advertisement will have the desired effect. The only advertisement that is expensive is the one that does not sell merchandise. If you pay a dollar and your cash register does not ring, that is expensive. If you pay a hundred dollars and you make sales, that is inexpensive. Before you make up your next advertisement why notcheck with the Advertising Department of the Nevada County Nugget. The copy and artwork required is just a part of the service offered. We can give you market information that will help you utilize your dollars so that your advertising is inexpensive.
