10°lbs. good firm apples, chopped fine
4 lbs. seedless raisins, puffed in hot water first

PREPARATION: Mix all ingredients well and peer until apples are tender but not mushy. Seal in sterilized glass jars and let

it. Makes about 12 quarts.
