Bernard Lutz, for more than 60 years a resident of Nevada
City, celebrated his 90th birthday anniversary in company with a
large group of friends. A short time earlier in that same year, he
and his wife observed their 60th wedding anniversary. There were
only a few other residents in the area who had been in the
community longer than the Lutz duo.
