in the Specifications should be reviewed in order to ascertain the requirement as to rate of pay and wages,
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the form of Contract
to be used will be the Construction Agreement obtained
fromthe owner and that the Contractor shall provide all
insurance required under paragraph 28 and 29 of Section*
B(General Conditions) as set forth on pages B“11, ‘B-12,
and B-13 of the Specifications.
Each bidder in making his bid to sii the work
hereinabove referred to shall set forth the following:
(A) The name and location of the place of business of
each subcontractor who will perform work of labor or
render service to the General Contractor in or about the
construction of the work or improvement,
(B) The portion of the work which will be done by each ~*
such subcontractor,
(C) Ifthe Bidder plans on making a bid for this work and
also the work on the Nevada City Court House Annex it
(and in the event that he plans to bid less if he is awarded
the work for both projects he should also submit a com-_
bined bid.
The Owner resetves the right toreject any or all bids,
and further reserves the right to waive any informalities”
