Here’s another Lenten “special” which i is ood warmed up for a second time around if there’s any left from the first go at it! fron INGREDIENTS: 6 potatoes, cooked and sliced 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour 1% cup milk, 1 tsp salt, pepper to taste 6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced 1 green pepper, chopped 1 dozen Brussel Sprouts, steamed tender and cut into halves 14% cup grated.mild*Cheddar cheese 1 cup toasted bread crumbs PREPARATION: Melt butter, blend in flour, add milk, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until thickened. Add potatoes. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, eggs, green pepper, Brusse Sprouts, and cheese in casserole dish; beginning and ending wii potatoe mixture. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at ‘ degrees for 30 minutes.
