apportionment of state highway
users taxes among the State,
Cities and counties amounted
to $47,103, 851, with Nevada
County receiving $30, 326, 34
as its share,
State Controller Houston
Flournoy said $9, 940, 277 in
all went to the counties, The
State Highway Fund for Cities
received $4, 434, 893; the State
Highway Fund for Counties and
Cities, $6,361,777; and the
State Highway Fund for Expenditure on Highways received
$26, 366, 904,
The amount distributed was
derived from the following
sources: gasoline tax, $%2,
817, 506; diesel fuel tax, $3, .
198, 982; by transfer from the
Motor Vehicle Transportation
Tax Fund, $1, 075, 761; and the
balance from miscellaneous
