The CONFESSIONAL STANDARD of this Church is hereby declared
to be as follows: }
This Church acknowledges and accepts all the canonical books of the
Old and New Testaments of the Bible as the verbally inspired, inerrant
Word of God and the only divine rule and standard of faith and life,
We acknowledge and accept all the Confessional Writings of the
Evengelical Lutheran Church, as they were originally published in the
Book of Concord of 1580 and now may be found in the Concordia Triglotta,
to bo a true and genuine exposition of the doctrines of the Bible,
according to which, because they have been drawn from the Word of Ged,
all preaching and teaching in this Church shall be regulated and all
doctrinal controversies decided. These are; 1. The Apostles! Creed;
2. The Nicene Creed; 5. The Athanasian Credd; 4. The Unaltered Augsburg
Confession; 5. The Apology of the Augsburg Confession; 6. The Smalcald
Articles; 7. The Small Catechism of Dr. Martin Luther; 8. The Large
Catechism of Dr. Martin Luther; 9. The Formula of Concord.
Article 6.
The naj of the mincorporated association which is being
incorporated is GRACE LUTHERAN CHURCH, GRASS VALLEY, CALIFORNIA.
Rrticle 7.
The number of directors may be regulated by a by-law,
Article 8.
Articles 2, 5 and 8 shall not be amended, altered or ropealed
except upon unanimous vote or written consent of all members entitled
to vote.
