(ESTABLISHING MAXIMUM SPEED ZONES, RESTRICTED AREAS FOR ROLLINS LAKE). THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY 4 She ele ae STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DOES ORDAIN AS SECTION . . Section G-IV 7.29 of the General Code of the County of Nevada, California, 1956, as amended, recodified in 1972, is hereby added: Section G-IV 7.29 Vessels operated on those waters of Rollins Lake situated in the County of Nevada shall be subject to the following restrictions: Es (1) Maximum Speeds. The maximum speed of ony vessel on the waters of Rollins Lake, not otherwise indicated, is fifty (50) miles per hour during those hours from sunrise to sunset, and ten (10) miles per hour during those hours from sunset to sunrise. (2) Speed Zones. The maximum speed of any vessel in the speed zone areas set forth below is five (5) miles per hour. (a) Launch and Mooring Areas: Orchard Springs Mouth of Greenhorn Inlet (b) Fishing Areas: Head of Greenhorn Creek Head of Bear River (3) Area Restrictions. (a) Swim Areas. Vessels, except non-powered lifeguard boats, are prohibited within the following swim areas: Greenhorn Inlet Peninsula ‘ Orchard Springs (b) Ski School Areas. No vessels, except those‘engaged in Ski School Activity, shall operate within a designated Ski School Area. (4) Chartlet. (a) The Chartlet attached hereto, indicating Speed : Zones and Restricted Areas, shall constitute an integral part of this Section, and shall be known as the ‘‘Rollins Lake Use Restriction Chart’. (b) Restrictions shown on portions of Rollins Lake situated in Placer County are shown for informational , _ purposes only. (c) Said Chartlet shall be posted at all boat entries to Rollins Lake in Nevada County, and copies shall be made available to the general public at Marinas, and at the Office of the Sheriff in Nevada City. (5) Exceptions.
