By December 30, six American Red Cross Staff members had been assigned to team leader, Ralph Mitchell of Atlanta, was also serving as liaison officer in Nicaragua for ~ the League which has. its headquarters .in Geneva,Switzerland. On December 28, the Nicaraguan Red Cross fed more than 110,000 earthquake victims at 19 stations and planned an expanded supplemental feeding program for. hundreds of thousands for at least three months. ;
