Registration for classes will be held Jan, 30 between 6:30 and 9:30 p.m. at Nevada Union High School for college classes which will begin Feb. 3 and last 20 weeks through the first week of June. Classes to be offered include business 75, real estate practices, on Monday evenings from 7 to 9:30 p.m.; Political Science 1, Tuesdays at 7 p.m.; American Literature Tuesdays at 7 p.m.; and English 4, creative writing, Thursdays at 7 p.m. Instructors will include English instructors Ray Nelson and William Hotchkiss, Social Studies instructor Harold Chastain, and a real estate instructor to be named. Laundromat Is Given City Approval A proposed laundromat opposite Seven Hills School in an R-1 zone has the approval of the Nevada City Planning Commission. Mrs. E.M. Puckland received approval of a variance last week which would allow her to construct a 1200 square foot building onthe lot at about 640 Zion St., where a house trailer is now situ~ ated. The laundry and dry cleaning . establishment would have parking inthe rear for about six cars, ac' cording to plans shown the com~ mission.
