co ana Yo-Yos May Bounce Back Contest Slated By Alpha NEVADA CITY--Thesale of Yo-Yos may have faltered afterthey were outlawed on the schoolground at Hennessy School in Grass Valley last week, but with the announcement of a series of contest coming up in the near future it is likely YoYo enthusiasts will be at it again in force, Alpha's three stores, Nevada City, Grass Valley and Auburn, each will sponsor a contest on successive days beginning Feb, 15, Likewise, Sierra Hardware in Downieville is planning a contest, Tentative plans call for a later contest between the winners of the four contests to determine the Yo-Yo champion of the Northern Mines area, Who knows? Maybe the champion can qualify for a nation-wide contest slated for Disneyland this summer. Ward Henderson, State Agricultural Statistician.
