A pair of Rough and Ready twins will make a threepronged attack on the final examinationsto enter one of the three major academies, the congressman announced, Jerry and John Woods, 18 year old twin sons of Air Force Majorand Mrs, Elmer A. Woods, will take the final entrance examinations forthe Air Force, Naval and Military academies. The twins served as president and vice-president of Nevada Union High School prior to graduation. They were lettermen in football, baseball and basketball, Both participated in a specialsummer science program sponsored by Humboldt State College, Both balanced their outstanding athletic record with high scholastic standings.
