Blueberry Ribbon Pie 1 baked (9 inch) pastry shell Yo teaspoon vanilla 1 (1 pound) can blueberries Y4 cup sugar 1 (834 ounce) can crushed 2 tablespoons corn starch pineapple 4 teaspoon salt 1 (8 ounce) package cream 1 tablespoon lemon juice cheese, softened Whipped: cream 2 tablespoons sugar Drain blueberries and pineapple separately, reserving syrup from each. Blend cream cheese; 2 tablespoons sugar, vanilla and 2-tablespoons pineapple syrup. Mix in drained pineapple. Spread in bottom of baked pastry shell. Chill. Blend 4 cup sugar, corn starch and salt in saucepan. Combine blueberry syrup and remaining pineapple syrup; add water to make 1% cups. Blend into corn starch mixture.
