FELDMAN certify: 1, That they are the President and Secretary, respectively, of GRACE LUTHBRAN CHURCH, GRASS VALLEY, CALIFORNIA. %. That at a meeting of the Board of Directors of said corporation duly held on March 19, 1967, at Grass Valley, California, the following resolution was adopted: RESOLVED: That Article 94 be added to the Articles of Incorporation of this corporation, to read as follows; ; 9. The property of this nonprofit corporation is irrevocably dedicated to charitable and/or religious purposes, and on dissolution none of its assets shail {nure to any Individual but shall be distributed to CALIFORNIA AND NEVADA DISTRICT OF THE LUTHERAN CHURCH-MISSOURI SYNOD. 3. That the Voter's Assembly has adopted said amendment by resolution at a meeting heid on March 19, 1967, at Grass Valley, California; that the wording of the amended Article as set forth in the voters’ resolution is the same as that set forth in the Directors’ resolution in Paragraph 2 above. 4.
