Planning Director Sharon Boivin announced that all matters scheduled will be continued to an indefinite date. Applicants and property owners affected by the cancellation will be re-notified of the new date of the continued public hearings. Four of the seven member commission have resigned because of the conflictfinancial disclosure law which became effective Jan. 1. The commission cannot operate with the three remaining members. Supervisors will make appointments to fill the vacancies. The commission is. without a chairman since Bob Caris, chairman, is among those who gave up their offices. Also resigning were W. W.
