GRASS VALLEY MOBILE
VILLAGE. The potluck last
Thursday was a huge success,
with over 60 people present and
loads of delicious food of all
kinds. Next Tuesday the Mother
Lode Chapter 179 of Golden
State Mobilhome Owners League, will in addition to their
meeting have a showing of a
"hippie" film which is supposed
to be a very interesting film,
I myself have never seen it so
only way to find out is to come
and See it.
On Tuesday July 16 at 7:30
p.m. at the recreation hall The
‘Mother Lode Chapter is also
sponsoring a life saving class,
The Sacramento Yolo Sierra
Heart Association is sending us
their demonstration dummy
called RescuAnnie; Dr. C. Jackson Rayburn will be our instructor assisted by Rosemary Decker. This class will be open to
all members of G.S.M.O.L.
The Colonel Pecks have gone
on another vacation; this will be
their second this year.

Sacramento today with her
daughter for a nice visit.
Gordon Fosters have gone to
the Redwoods and on tothe coast
for some fishing and clam digging.
Ernest Cooper is visiting in

Mrs. Netz is back in the hospital.
The Bebens in space 5 are
the kind of people who believe
the best way to see all the beauties of a town is to walk, so
they walk all over to and from
town and other vicinities, and I
bet they know more about our
town already than many of us
that have lived here for years.
The Milnes and the Smiths
with mobiles on private property, have gotten together and are
having a lovely big 20 by 40 ft,
swimming pool built to be used
by -both families: Now I know
where I can go when the weather
gets too warm.
Was real glad to find where
the Hoods lived. They moved
from a Mobile Park to their
own land, and the children must
love all the freedom that they
now have to run and play, and
climb trees; anyone with active
children knows how hard it is for
them to be constrained.
Last week I jumped down from
a bench where I was watering
my hanging baskets, and ran:a
nail through my foot. Bad part
was my allergy to horse serum,
but thank goodness they now have
a new Tet serum made from ?;
anyway I have to have shots for —.
three months and my arm is
plenty sore, But I'm thankful just
the same.

their new Mobilhome; their name
is Lentz, and they will be a help
to the Williams' tending the park
while they are on vacation.
