The Auditor-Controller presented Resolution 69-162 (Authorized Personnel Resolution) which was adopted.

County's Natural Heritage group
appeared and presented their
proposed Slash Ordinance, The
County Counsel ruled that the
Board could not adopt a Slash

were instructed to meet with the
