Initiated By Cooties The Military Order of the Cooties of the United States initiated and installed a new Pup Tent on July 18, at the Veterans Memorial Building in Nevada City. The new Pup Tent, known as the R.A.P, Pup Tent #49, was installed by the following Grand Lodge officers: installing officer, Past Grand Commander Andrew Skinner, Sacramento; instituting officer, Grand Chaplain Dan Townsend, Sacramento; master of ceremonies, Grand Historian Harold Greenfield, Redwood City; organizer, Grand Shepter. Frank Thorton, Hayward; initiation director, DonEllis, San Francis~ co. Those installed were William R. Hatch, Seam Squirrel, Ord Geist, George Brooks, D.L. McCleary, William L. Treloar, Jeff Wiley, Dave DeBoer, C. Morton (Salty), Leland Pauly, LeweW ana~ maker and Buck Phillips. Merrill, state health deirector. The monthly report, he said, includes the second set of hospital diet information which, with last month's date, completes the first reporting of the daily radionuclide intake through the diet from all 20 localities in the State. Airborne activity decreased sharply from a statewide average of 2.6 picocuries per cubic meter in Mayto 1.6 picocuries in June. Trapping is one of the oldest occupations of man.
