Initiated By Cooties The Military Order of the Cooties of the United States initiated and installed a new Pup Tent on July 18, at the Veterans Memorial Building in Nevada City. The new Pup Tent, known as the R.A.P, Pup Tent #49, was installed by the following Grand Lodge officers: installing officer, Past Grand Commander Andrew Skinner, Sacramento; instituting officer, Grand Chaplain Dan Townsend, Sacramento; master of ceremonies, Grand Historian Harold Greenfield, Redwood City; organizer, Grand Shepter. Frank Thorton, Hayward; initiation director, DonEllis, San Francis~ co. Those installed were William R. Hatch, Seam Squirrel, Ord Geist, George Brooks, D.L. McCleary, William L.
