Garbage can prank
>
THIS GARBAGE CAN flew from the flag pole at the Grass
Valley Library all day Tuesday; a novel way to celebrate
summer,
honor,
or the moon walk or what ever it was flown to
The perpetrators were not proud enough of their
style of celebration to publicly admit their actions. Grass
Valley police officer Vince Seck climbed the pole late Tuesday evening to remove the can so the pole may again fly the
conventional United States flag.
