Vernon Grange Hall on Bell Road. ‘ The four-mile divided full freeway will start at Rock Creek, about three miles north of Auburn, and extend northerly to 0. 2-mile south of the Placer-Nevada county line at the Bear River. Rock Creek is about one-half mile north of the turn-off to DeWitt State Hospital on Bell Road. : Thenew alignment will generally parallel the existing highway, but ona straighter line.
