Wednesday, June 11, 1969 stm oe The Nevada County Nugget 200 students to graduate from Gilmore Diplomas will be awarded to 200 students at the first graduating ceremony to be held at Lyman Gilmore School on Tuesday at 7 p.m. The public is invited to attend the exercises and receptions to follow. Refreshments will be served by the Grass Valley Par-. ent Teacher Association. : A party for the graduating class only will be held in the multi-purpose room from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. The following list of eighth grade graduates was provided The Union by Gilmore School: Charles B. Wilson, Tom nual Angel's Camp Frog Jumping contest for Jaycees. The local Jaycees won the worlds championship the previous year. Rich Coulson (right) was the frog's jockey and Grass Valley's “entry jumped 10° 4 1/2 inches in three jumps, one foot short of the winning Jaycee entry from Tracy.
