In this delicious meal-in-a-dish, Alaska King crab is properly
the star. The added tang of tomato, bacon and Parmesan cheese
makes this zucchini dish a must for spring and summer meals.

Alaska King crab may be purchased either frozen or canned.
The highest quality is always assured in either pack. Fresh crab
is whisked from the sea to the package so consumers can be cer
tain of freshness and flavor. Tendons are removed and the crab
is completely cooked so it may be eaten just as it comes from the
can or, after thawing, from the freezer.
Crab Stuffed Zucchini
:
1 can (7% oz.) Alaska King
1 medium tomato, chopped
crab or 1% lb. frozen
14 teaspoon oregano
Alaska King crab

4 medium zucchini

2 slices bacon, chopped
glutamate
2 tablespoons chopped
Butter
onion
Parmesan cheese
Drain canned crab or thaw and drain frozen crab. Slice crab
meat. With sbarp knife, draw oval full length of zucchini. Gently
cut out oval and scoop out pulp of zucchini with spoon. Parboil
zucchini shells in salted water for 10 minutes. Remove from water
and drain. Chop zucchini pulp finely. Sauté bacon and onion
lightly. Stir in zucchini pulp, crab and cho
tomato. Add sea
sonings. Cook together about 3 minutes. Fill
