WELCOME THEM
WARMLY
A friendly call is always welcomed by newcomers to your
neighborhood. They’!I! be
happy to meet you. Later,
they'll want to know you better.
But right nog, they need something more—directions to the
nearest schools and shopping
facilities and all the other information one needs on arriving in a strange city.
So make your welcome a little
warmer with the help of a Welcome Wagon hostess. She'll
provide all this and gifts as
well.
When new neighbors move
in, call Welcome Wagon.
You'll be glad you did...
and they will, too.

This same group, about 40
people in all, plan to spend
July 4th at the Secession Day
Celebration in Rough and Ready.
They visited here last November and lunched in the old hall
as guests of the doctors who
had arranged for a tour of the
area to be conducted by the
chamber of commerce. This had
to be replaced by an indoor program due to inclement weather.
The program which was of
Rough and Ready's history,
