IMPORTANT NOTICE
ALL TAXPAYERS, whether delinquent or not, should carefully examine the Delinquent T ax List, as errors are likely to occur which, if not discovered in time,
would cause inconvenience to parties concerned. TAXPAYERS who have dis~posed of property since March 4, 1963, may find their names listed for the reason that present owners have failed to pay taxes and according to law the name
appearing on the current roll must be published.
DELINQUENT TAX LIST
PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 3391 THROUGH 3395, REVENUE AND TAXATION CODE, THE DELINQUENT TAX LIST AND THE ADDENDA THERETO IN
AND FOR THE COUNTY OF NEVADA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, HAS BEEN
DIVIDED AND DISTRIBUTED TO VARIOUS NEWSPAPERS OF GENERAL CIRCULATION PUBLISHED IN SAID COUNTY, FOR PUBLICATION OF A PORTION
THEREOF IN EACH OF SAID NEWSPAPERS.
NOTICE
Notice ishereby given that unless the total amount due for taxes, assessments
and other charges levied in the year 1963 for the fiscal year 1963-64 on any .
property, shown on the list below in dollars and cents opposite the description
of the property, is paid before 5 o'clock, PM., June 30, 1964, the real property
on which such amounts are a lien (except real property previously sold to the
State andnot redeemed), will by operation of law be sold-to the State of California at such time in the office of the Tax Collector at the-Court House, in the
City of Nevada City, County of Nevada. ;
Attention is hereby directed to the Addenda to this published delinquent list.
Property listed in this Addenda and heretofore sold to the State, will on the 2nd.
day of July, 1964 at 10 o'clock, A.M., in the office of the Tax Collector at
Nevada City, County of Nevada, California, be deeded to the State unless
sooner redeemed or deeding is postponed as provided by law.

‘8 -863-5', would meanBook 3 of the Assessor ‘s Maps, Block 363 (Map 36 Block
3) and parcel 5 within that block. The maps referred to are available for inspection in the office of the assessor.
