SEA FOOD "QUICKIES"

For Lenten or just busy day menus, the following sea
food recipes. . . .all quick and easy. ...are great to fall
back on at this time of year.
SEVEN-UF FISH i
1 cup pancake flour, 1 beaten egg, 1 bottle Seven-Up, 6 or {
8 Sole filets.
Mix pancake flour, egg and 7-Up to make thin batter.
Roll filets in dry pancake flour; let set 20 minutes. Dip
into batter; Heat grease to 365 or 400 degrees; cook quickly
for three or four minutes in deep fryer.

TUNA SURPRISE
10 hot dog buns 2 T sweet pickles, chopped
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 2 T. chopped onion
2 T chopped olives 2 T Minced parsley
2 T chopped green pepper 1 6-o0z, can flaked tuna
1 cup cheese, cubed 1/2 C Miracle Whip

Fill buns with well-mixed ingredients;-wrap each separately in foil. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes
at 250 degrees. Yield 10 servings.

BUSY HOSTESS DELIGET
Place one can of frozen shrimp soup in saucepan; add
ath . 1 lb. frozen King Crab and 2/3 cup cream sherry, mix well
and cook over medum heat until crab is thoroughly thawed
SPRING CAME to the foothills Sunday and these boys took advantage of the good weather to and tender. Serve on steamed rice, Yield 6 servings. Acfly their model airplanes at Condon Park. The two are Jeff Moeschler and Eric Torgrimson, company with tossed green salad.
