The fee for each dog shall be $2.00 for each calendar year or fraction thereof. Licenses are renewable on the first of January of each year, and are delinquent on the first day of March following. An additional fee of fifty (50¢) cents shall be charged for each month, or fraction thereof, after the first of March until the license is renewed. Any person who uses a dog to assist him. physically because of a physical disability shall be issued a license for rhe dog without charge. ” Section 2. This ordinance shall become operative on January 1, 1966. Section 3.
