French, 41, both of Nevada City, obtained a license Feb. 26, 1976. FONTZ SWEAT Ronald K. Fontz and Donna L. Sweat, both 41, and of Penn Valley, obtained a license Feb. 26, 1976. OBITUARIES employed many years in the lumber industry. He had resided in Nevada county since 1957. He is survived by his wife, Bertha of Grass Valley; a daughter, Norma Holt of Penn Valley; a son, Gary of Yuba City; a stepson, oa Cramer of Nevada var and a stepdaughter, Marjorie Gemmill of New Jersey. ROBERT GOODRICH, 63, died Friday, March 5, in a local medical facility. He is . Survived by his wife, Sand; a son, Wayne Goodrich of Tucson, Ariz., and a daughter, Peggy Tardie of Lakeside. ARTHUR LaBARR, 68, a three-year resident of rural Grass Valley, died Sunday, March 7, in an Auburn hospital. He is survived by his wife, Helene; sons, Dennis of Vallejo and Timothy of Sacramento; a daughter, Diana Kenpbell of Galt and four grandchildren. BILLY WARNER, 43, died Saturday, March 7, in Grass Valley after a lengthy illness. A native of Indiana, he was raised and educated in southern California. He is survived by his daughter, ' Cindy; two sons, Scott and Chris, all of Ceres; his father, Taft W. Warner of Santa Rosa, and a sister, Judy Pingree of Grass Valley. ARTHUR DOWDELL, 86, of Nevada City, died suddenly Saturday, March 6, A native of San Francisco, he had spent many years as a foreman for the Empire Star Company. He was active in the Nevadahad presented many artifacts to the Mill Street Mi Museum. He is survived by a brother, Joseph of Los Gatos;a newphew, John L. of Sacramento and a niece Joan D. Moore of Los Gatos. He was the husband of the late Merle Butler Dowdell who died in March, 1970. NORIS WILSON, 75, a 32year Nevada county resident, died Monday, March 8, in a local hospital. The Arkansas native worked many years in local lumber mills. He is survived by his wife, Lorene of Grass Valley; sisters, Lois Shaw of Long Beach and Lillie Mason of Casper, Wyoming, and a brother, George Wilson of Bethel Island MABEL RAMSAY, 76, a three-year local resident, died Sunday, March 7, in Grass Valley. She is survived by her husband, William O. Ramsay of Grass Valley; a daughter, Krystal A. Peterson of Sonora; a stepson, William F. Ramsay of Las Vegas and a stepdaughter, Evelyn Joy of southern California. ANSHELM DAHLGREN, 88, died Monday, March 8, in Grass Valley. A native of Chicago, he was a 50-year employe of the Pullman Company. He had resided three months at Lake Wildwood. He is survived by his
