Nevada City's off-again -onagain airport may be on again.
The city council Monday authorized a survey and computa

cost to move dirt and bring the
runway up to standards required
by the state aviation agency.
The airport question was rai

hearings were under way, but in
the past the gold industry had re

Robinson said the state required

that for $400-$500 a centerline
survey could be made and from
this computations could be made
as to the amount of dirt that
would have to be removed,
Once this was determined the
cost could be figured. He said
