term for — ;
SPD burglar
Kerry Allen Batrack was
granted five years probation
with the first six months to be
spent in jail, following his
conviction for burglarizing
S.P.D. Market.
Batrack, 20, of Nevada City,
was late for his early morning
scheduled appearance in
superior court Thursday but he
did eventually appear for
sentencing. Batrack and James
Anthony Grappi, also 20 ‘vf
Nevada City, were both convicted of the March 2 burglary.

years probation with nine
months to be spent in jail. His
sentence pronounced two weeks
ago. —s
Complaint
Patricia H. O’Malley filed a
$25,000 complaint against
Martha Missildine Lamborn on
May 10.
Miss. O’Malley charges that
on Sept. 6, 1973, on Auburn
Street in front of the post office,
she was struck by a vehicle
driven by Miss Lamborn.
The complaint asks for $25,000
general ei a all medical
expenses and nd loss of earnings.
