The Board’ adopted Resolution 72-2 of said District, setting a public hearing on May 16, 1972, at 11:00 A.M., on the proposed annexation to the Nevada County Sanitation District No. 1, certain territory known as Lake of the Pines Units 1A, B, C, & D., and 2A, B and C, The Board appointed the following individuals which complete the Local Mental Health Advisory Board: Mrs, Jean Geoffery, Mr. Kenneth Fry, Mrs, Carolyn Dobbs, Mr, Bill Mansdorfer, Mr, Arnold Intorf, Mrs, Gael Shaw, Mr. Don Schmidt, Mrs, Betty Farchi and Mrs, Phillip Murray, The Board recessed for lunch, and during lunch met with representatives from Kings View, with regard to the establish ment of Mental Health Services within the County of Nevada, AFTERNOON SESSION: The meeting called to order at 1:50 P.M., all Board members noted present, The Board held a public hearing, the following said hearing adopted Ordinance No, 583 (An Ordinance to establish Zoning District Maps Nos, 1421 and 1422, property generally along ia Creek, Ponderosa and McCourtney Roads, west ofGrass alley). The Board met with Mr. and Mrs, R. O, Bardsley requesting authorization to refill with water the now abondoned Yuba Reservoir near the Nevada County Airpark, no action was taken upon this request this date, There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at the hour of 3:30 P.M.
