The Board considered an offer to purchase the Weimar
Medical Center signed by 11 interested citizens who have joined
together for the purpose of forming a non-profit community
corporation to operate Weimar Medical Center as a Hospital.
The Board send correspondence c/o Mr. Lloyd Hamilton, the
present Administrator of the Weimar Medical Center, indicating
that the Board is interested in accepting an offer to purchase
provided the offer includes the following terms: (1) that reason
able efforts be made to continue employment of the present
employees (2) that it continue to operate asa Tubercular Facility
and further that there be a provision that the title would revert
if they discontinued the operations or violated the other two
promises, provided that we wanted it to revert and (3) that the
legality of the contract be approved by the Nevada County, County

Counsel's Office.
