systems in the area.
English awarded the installation of the entire water
system to Cook and McQuinn,
Grass Valley water equipment installation firm.
Outstanding in the new
water system, according to
English, is the use of acrylonitrile.butadiene-styrene
(ABS) plastic pipe. The system, is the first NevadalIrrigation District approved
unit of its type. It has received preliminary approval
of the California Department
of Public Health, upon application by Cook and McGuinn.
The pipe is manufactured
to National Sanitation Foundation standards,
water system will include a
900,000 gallon reservoir
