Said proceeding is brought to condemn the following described real property, situate, lying and being in the County of Nevada, State of California, to wit: PARCEL NO, 9: For freeway purposes that portion of the Southwest quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Twenty-three(23) Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Twelve (12) East, M.D.B. & M., lying North of the railroad right of way asthe same passes through said section as reserved in the deed dated December 10, 1946, recorded July 10, 1947, in Book 120 of OfficialRecords, at page 69, executed by Virginia C, Dixtrix and executor respectively Pep of the Estate of Mary A. Kelly, deceased, containing 12. 94 acres. Lands abutting said freeway shall have no right or easement of access thereto. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED to appear and show cause, ifany you have, why said property should not be condemned as prayed for in the complaint on file in the above-entitled action, and unless you appear and answer said compalint as required, said plaintiff will apply to said Court for the relief demanded therein.
