He has no affiliation with any other firm of similar name elsewhere. His staff includes Art Williams, formerly of Sacramento, who has 14 years in sales and was a contractor~ previously; Jack Balcom, whose real estate experience spans 11 years; and the newest member of the staff, Gene Baroni, who has been with the firm for two years, Balcom and Broni are both from Richmond, where they had earlier served with the City police department for a number of years.
