Recreation Proposed At New Rollins Dam The County Planning Commissinn agreed last week to. investigate the county’s responsibility in providing public facilities and access for recreational Purposes at the proposed Rollins Reservoir, near Chicago Park. The reservoir will be an outgrowth of the projected Nevada Irrigation DistrictPG&E water and power development on the Yuba and Bear watersheds. Each of the speakers has ‘ been involved by recent wild firesand is in a position to look at recovery problems, according to JoeGriggs, secretary of the forum. Some of the questions that} * will likely be discussed are: what is the attitude of small the question of the county’s responsibility in public access to important recreation areas the commission.
