PRINT GRASS VALLEY "BILL" HARVEY SAYS: — LET'S INVEST IN OUR YOUTH Idle hands are hands that get into trouble. Our youth today are finding themselves without enough opportu* nities for summer employment in the mountain counties. This should be of major concern to all of us. I advocate the establishment of a conservation program to prevent the destruction of our forests, to increase wildlife, and to expand sportsman's facilities . Our youth would be voluntarily employed on a weekly basis in this. program which would be set up and administered by our mountain counties. Recreational and other off-job aspects of the program would be under the direction of our teachers who provide the best guidance and training available. For a forest conservation program to provide our youth with wholesome summer employment, elect WILLIARD L, "BILL" HARVEY to the State, Assembly, 6th District, on NOVEMBER 8.
