It is sought by said complaint to have the following described property partitioned or sold: That certain real property in Nevada County, California, described as: Allthe mineral whether of rock in place or placer deposits and all ledges and lodes of gold having : Quartz rock and all banks, : channels, or other forms of : deposit of auriferous gravel . and all other minerals in . whatsoever form they may be deposited contained in, upon or under the following piece or parcel of land lying and being in the said County of Nevada and State of CalifOrnia, and designated according to the U.S, Survey and Map as the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section Thirtythree and the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter ofSection Thirtyfour in Township seventeen North, Range Nine East, M. He was the husband of Olga Cereseto; father of Jack Cereseto of Anaheim and John Cereseto of Oakland and brother of Rapuline Ratto and Adelaide Arnot, both of Oakland and Louise Bates of San Anselmo. He wasa native of Oakland and a retired produce salesman. Funeral services were held in Oakland Nov. 26. Heidle--in the Miners Hospital, November 22, 1962, George J. Heidle. He was the father of Frances Waggoner of Lemmon, South Dakota, Alice Anderson of Smelterville, Idaho, Ralph Heidle of Arcadia, Carl Heidle of Puyallup, Washington, and Albert Heidle
of Hamilton, Montana. He was a native of Germany aged 90 years. He wasa resident of Gold Flat for five years. Funeral services and burial will be in Lemmon, South Dakota.
