The over-capacity enrolment has caused some doubling-up in book lockers, but this will shortly .be remedied as the new lockers have arrived and are being assembled in the halls, ees The Nevada Union Future Farmers held their first day meeting Sept. 17. The meeting was called for the presentation of an award to former president Dave Casper. Mr. Frank Grossman from the Santa Fe Railroad presented Dave with a Certificate of Merit (given to only 24 boys in the state) and a check for $75 to help finance the promising young farmer's trip to Kansas City where he willreceive an award never received before by any NUer. Dave also received a check for $50 from Mr. Clete Osterholt, manager of Safeway, and representative from the Grass Valley Rotary Club. Wednesday, Oct. 17, the Hollywood Photo Company will take pictures during the P,E. classés.
