Weimar Moves Patients
Into Spacious New Quarters
This past week has been moving
time for fifty geriatric patients
' atWeimar Medical Center. Now
they are more centrally housed
in the spacious bright quarters of
the Government Building. This
building has its own kitchen,
activity room and numerous
small
wards joined by wide
corridors,
Patients who usedto spend most
of their time in bed or close to
it inthe larger wards, now enjoy
going to visit friends in other
rooms or outside to bask in the

Gift Of Gratitude

A painting of unusual technique
by Robert Gilberg of Nevada City
has been presented to Chico
State College as his “gift of
gratitude" for his personal good
fortune.
It is one of ten of Gilberg's
“Horizon Series" he has donated
tocolleges and junior colleges in
Northern California.
Through this gift, according to
Chicago Park Garden Club and
have outfitted an attractive
activity room, In this room the
patients have their own new
coffee maker.

a progress report at the regular
membership meeting of the
Nevada City Liberal Arts Commission Monday night.
