The act would provide $54 million to the Department of Parks and Recreation for recreational facilities and $6 million to the Wildlife Conservation Board and Department of Fish and Game for fish and wildlife enhancement, fishing access, and stream enhancement, "Up to now, facilities at State Water Project waters have — been financedwith general fund money, the only source of funding for the program."
