After a discussion over depart‘mental warrants, a motion was made by Supervisor Loehr, duly seconded and passed unanimously, directing the Clerk to-issue a directive to all department heads, to the effect that all employees claiming reimbursements travél on official business, must list the character or nature of the place traveled and the miles traveled in accordance with the Government Code. Mr. Harris, Superintendent of the County Hospital, appeared and stated that to his knowledge Dr. Foster was entitled: to full pay as reflected in the salary reMr, Parsons, Planning Consultant, appeared before the’ Board and presented them with a master plan for.
