business of buying, selling, transferring, dealing in and with and
repairing automobiles, trucks, trailers, tractors, airplanes,
hydroplanes and other machinery and equipment, now and second
hand, as dealer, owner and agent.
(c) To conduct and carry on the business of
buying, selling and dealing in and witn radios, refrigerators, and
other articles, and to conduct and carry on a general repair
business in connection therewith.
(d) To acquire and pay for, in cash, shares,
bonds, debentures, or other evidences of indebtedness of this
corporation, or otherwise, the good will, rights, assets and
property, and to undertake or assume the whole or any part of the
obligations and liabilities of any person, firm, association or
corporation.
(e) To acquire, orm, hold, lease, operate,
improve, develop, exchange, sell or otherwise dispose of,
mortgage or otherwise encumber, and deal in. and with real and
personal property and interests therein, including leases and
leasehold interests and all rights, interests, estates and
equities therein.

lease or otherwise acquire, and to hold, use, own, operate and
introduce, and to sell, assign or otherwise dispose of and deal
in and with patents, Inventions, trade-marks, trade names,
improvements in processes used in connection with the same under
Letters Patent of the United States or elsewhere, and to use,
develop, exercise and grant licenses in respect to, or otherwise
turn to account, any such trade-marks, patents, licenses,
processes, or any such property or rights.
(g) To loan money, with or without security,
