And he must require treatment under either the World War II or the Korean Conflict vocational rehabilitation programs; and ‘who need outpatient medical care for nonservice-connected disabilities to prevent interruption of their training, may be so entitled. Outpatient treatment may be provided at VA clinics,. or the VA may authorize it to be given by an approved private physician in the veteran’s own community. .
