Priest. He was handsome and courtly, and was considered ‘the catch of the county by all the mothers of marriageable daughters. The lady whom he finally made his wife in the Fall of that year was envied by all the girls and congratulated by all her friends. The pair settled in a charming little country home and seemed tobe wrapped—up-in each other.
