Board held 4 Public Hearing, on the proposed precise zoning of Empress Meadows Subdivision to establish an "R-1-A-B-'
X" District on property presently classified Unclassified. Following the Public Hearing, the Board voted to zone the property
as recommended by the Planning Commission. —
The Board held another Public Hearing, on the proposed
precise zoning of Ardis Vista Subdivision from Unclassified :
to establish "R-1-A-B-X" District, Follo the hearing, the—
Board voted to uphold the recommendation of the Planning Commission and zone the property as "R-1-A-B-X",
The Board adopted Ordinance No, 495 (An Ordinance zoning
property on West River Street, Truckee to "M-1" Districf).

The Board received bids for the construction of improvements in the Truckee Sanitary District, Sewer Assessment

Lawrence Tr that she did not see fit to remove these
workers, and that following the election she received no reports or complaints,
The Board adopted the following Resolutions:
Resolution 70-263 (A Resolution directing the County Clerk
to furnish to each registered voter, a statement that there will
-be no polling place at Spaulding, You Bet, North Bloomfield or
