NOTES:

x ‘A Dust Control Plan must be submitted to and approved by the Northern Sierra Air
/ Quality Management District (NSAQMD) before topsoil is disturbed on any project
where more than one (1) Acre of natural surface area is to be altered or where the
natural ground cover is removed. The disturbance of topsoil includes any clearing o
grading. The Dust Control Plan is typically fulfilled by clearly phrased and enforcable
ye conditions included on the project grading plans, preferrably under its own heading.”
/ “This site is not mapped as having ultramafic rock/serpentine, and is therefore not
/ subject to the Asbestos ATCM for construction unless ultramafic rock is subsequently
determined to exist on the project site, in which case, the NSAQMD musi be
contacted no later than the following business day.”
