THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY STATE THAT THEY ARE THE ONLY PERSONS HAVING ANY RECORD TITLE
INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY INCLUDED WITHIN THE SUBDIVISION AND THEY HEREBY CONSENT TO THE
