OWNER’S STATEMENT
The undersigned. being the only persons representing any record title
interest in the herein subdivided lands do hereby consent to the
preparation and recording of this final map of “Alta Hill Village”
and do hereby offer to dedicate :
1. Easements for water. gas. sewer and drainage pipes. conduits and
ditches. and for underground conduits for electric. television and
telephone services, together with all appurtenances thereto on. under
or across those strips of land of a width 5 feet lying adjacent and
parallel to the road lines of public and/or private roads situated within the boundaries of the subdivision. and on, over. under. and across
those strips of land shown and designated as “Public Service Easement’
CP.9.E.9, together with the right to trim and/or remove necessary
trees. limos. or brush. Said easements are also established for the
mutual benefit of the lots shown hereon.
2. For any and all public street and utility purposes. including the
fee title thereto. that strip of land lying adjacent and parallel
to Ivy Street’ designated hereon as ‘Area A.’
3. Proposed easements for the installation. construction. maintenance and
access to private storm drainage facilities under. on or over those certain
strips of land designated and deliniated as Drainage Easement CD.E.5. These
easements are to be kept open and free from buildings and structures of any
Kind except private utility structures. irrigation systems and appurtennances
thereto. lawful fences and all lawful unsupported roof overhangs. The
maintenance. repair and/or replacement of private storm drainage facilities
shall be the sole responsibility of the lot owners whose lot the facilities
benefit. Said easement is not offered. nor is it accepted for dedication
by the city of Grass Valley.
