THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THEY ARE THE ONLY PERSONS HAVING ANY
RECORD TITLE INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY INCLUDED WITHIN THIS SUBDIVISION, THAT
